The focal point of this beautiful watch is Movado's signature 'Museum Dial'. Defined by a single dot at 12 representing the sun at high noon, the museum dial is regarded as an icon of Modernism. It was designed by Bauhaus-influenced artist Nathan George Horwitt in 1947. In 1960, when Horwitt's dial was selected for the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York, it was the first watch dial ever awarded this distinction.

Additionally, the watch features a precise Swiss-Made Quartz Movement encased in a round, 38.5mm (1.51") polished solid silvertone stainless steel case and caseback! A highly scratch-resistant, anti-reflective Sapphire crystal protects the aforementioned classic jet-black Movado Museum dial which boasts silvertone hands and the Movado concave dot logo at the 12:00 hour position! This Movado also features a polished solid silvertone stainless steel bezel and a stainless steel crown located at the 3:00 hour mark. The watch rests comfortably on your wrist with its sleek, polished solid silvertone stainless steel bracelet secured by a hidden double-locking folding deployment clasp, creating a clean and seamless look when closed.
